Hard to say on this one. The pepperoni rolls are probably not the healthiest. But I've been really good otherwise!
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • grilled chicken wrap from the Olive Branch Caffe (yes, they spell it that way...ugh!)
  • small side of coleslaw
  • banana
  • handful of banana chips, pecans, walnuts
  • apple
  • homemade pepperoni rolls (Pillsbury Croissants with some cheese and pepperoni rolled in them)
  • cabbage based side salad
Still no soda. Came close to hitting an 8oz. Coke today. Real close. Talked myself off the ledge, though.
