 - Cytofuse shake
 - mixed greens salad with leftover chicken breast from last night, shredded carrots, raw broccoli, shredded cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing (and it was  a fairly large amount of salad!)
 - half an apple (it was a little soft for my taste)
 - Red Robin bacon cheeseburger, about half my fries
 - piece of Lizzie's gingerbread and a cup of whole milk
 - banana
