Decent Day.

Well, today was just decent.
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Cytofuse shake
  • mixed greens salad with leftover chicken breast from last night, shredded carrots, raw broccoli, shredded cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing (and it was a fairly large amount of salad!)
  • half an apple (it was a little soft for my taste)
  • Red Robin bacon cheeseburger, about half my fries
  • piece of Lizzie's gingerbread and a cup of whole milk
  • banana
Also updating a few more food products. I take Garden of Life Living Multi supplements every day. My Muscle Provider shakes also usually have a half scoop of Garden of Life Super Seed. It's good additional fiber and slows the absorption of the rest of the shake for better energy delivery.
