Yeee-hoo!

Short list again.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recover shake
  • Double BLT from Merritt's Grill on wheat, light mayo, no salt and pepper
  • two steak and two chicken soft tacos from Armadillo Grill, each with lettuce, tomato, and cheese
  • handful of pecans
  • bowl of grapes
Still pretty decent, though. Hopefully Jonas notices that I switched from crispy to soft tacos at his suggestion. I'm down over seven pounds in three weeks. Yes!
