Decent.

Short list today. Not much snacking (though the pb&j was at 10:20pm, which probably isn't the greatest idea but I was getting kind of hungry).
  • bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with whole milk
  • four crispy tacos from Armadillo Grill
  • big salad with mixed greens, cheese, shredded carrots, raw broccoli, pecans
  • roast beef, mashed potatoes, and gravy (from the other night)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • pb&j sandwich with Smuckers all natural crunchy peanut butter and spreadable fruit (strawberry)
I was tempted by the lure of pizza at an event tonight, but was able to avoid it. It also appeared that if I wanted water I might have to take a cup in the bathroom, but I was saved by a hidden case of bottled water. They did have plenty of soda (diet and otherwise) available along with a good beer selection, so the idea of going to the bathroom for water in a foreign household didn't seem great. It would have just been at least a little weird to do that, I think.

Normally I get three tacos and an order of chips and queso from Armadillo, but those chips and queso, in large quantity have to be bad for me, right? But somehow I'm thinking not really the more I think about it, and the four tacos didn't fill me up like the three+chips do, so I'll have to re-think that one.
