Back to the grind.

Workout this morning.
  • Balance Bare bar
  • Muscle Milk shake (2 servings)
  • Cytofuse recovery shake
  • big salad with mixed greens, steak, two hard boiled eggs, cheese, and honey-dijon vinaigrette
  • two steak and cheese quesadillas with chipotle salsa
  • bowl of grapes
And much, much water. Soon Jane will be telling me I'm going to start craving water. She already says that about salad, but I've got a funny feeling she missed the mark on this one.
