Two in a row late.

chicken carbonara from Panzanella, chocolate cake
Mountain Dew
vegetable beef soup, grilled cheese (at home)
200.6 pounds, 18.8% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer and was whole body cardio. Yum.
