The double is back!
No, not a burger, the double workout day! Yay!
three scrambled eggs
three slices of turkey bacon
Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
Cytofuse recovery shake
frozen burrito from Whole Foods
two pan fried pork chops
steamed potatoes
steamed broccoli
apple
201.8 pounds, 19.8% body fat. Did an hour of core and shoulder work with the trainer, then did an hour of basketball. That's right, phasing the double back in!
