Took a little road trip this evening, but remained "good."
- Balance Bare bar
- three soft tacos with chili, black beans, onions and peppers, tomatos, lettuce, cheese and chips and dip from Armadillo Grill
- grilled Snapper with mashed potatos (with skin) and a really good vegetable medley of corn, soy beans, snap peas, broccoli, and a couple things I forget
- Nature Valley granola bar
201.6 pounds, 19.6% body fat. No workout today. Trainer was out of town and my calves were too sore from Monday. Trainer's fault! Plus I road tripped for most of the day.
