A decent day.
Muscle Provider shake
three scrambled eggs, sausage
Cytofuse recovery shake
grilled chicken (leftover) and some baked chips
tiny bag of Reeses Pieces, tiny bag of Skittles
salad with steak on it and balsamic vinaigrette
frozen Coke
204.0, 21% body fat. The scale is busted, I know it. Workout was an hour of general strength with my trainer.
