Maybe mediocre and bad. First, the mediocre:
- Muscle Provider shake
- three scrambled eggs, sausage
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette
- sausage and pepperoni pizza
The bad is the weight. 203.5 pounds, 19.5% body fat. Seems I gained some on the trip. Ugh. But I did workout an hour with the trainer today. Gonna run or bike tomorrow unless there's noonball. Hmm.
