Channeling...
...pounds from my body. Or not really.
Muscle Provider shake
three scrambled eggs, sausage
Cytofuse recovery shake
turkey and cheese sandwich, Pibb Xtra
halibut and butter beans and mac and cheese from Poole's in Raleigh (wow!)
204.5 pounds, 18.8% body fat, workout was an hour with my trainer that was a whole body cardio slam.
