A bit 'bout how to give and take.

Muscle Provider shake
three scrambled eggs, pork sausage
Cytofuse recovery shake
four chicken strips, fries, sweet tea, and fruit cup from Chick-fil-A
Dominos pepperoni pizza
Snickers bar
banana bread and a small cup of whole milk
198.0 pounds, 18.3% body fat. Workout was an hour with the trainer doing another whole-body circuit.
