I have no words.
- McDonalds sausage and egg biscuit
- stir fried chicken, steamed potatoes, and broccoli from the other night
- Trader Joe's trail mix
- cup of chocolate ice cream at the ball park
- grilled chicken sandwich from The Loop (bacon, cheese, mayo, tomato, lettuce)
- fruit cup
- handful of french fries
- Mr. Pibb soda
201.0 pounds, 18.8% body fat, but that was before this day of eating. Oh dear. No workout today as I rest up for tomorrow's mountain bike ride. That stair running after a big workout yesterday got to me a bit.
