Slept through breakfast
Got to bed way late, then slept till 10am.
leftover chicken and broccoli stir fry from the other night

awesome soup that Jane made...lots of beans, chicken, and tomato base and some other stuff
salad
corn bread muffins
two pineapple mixed drinks
201.6 pounds, 19.6% body fat. No workout today.
