Hard to say on this one. The pepperoni rolls are probably not the healthiest. But I've been really good otherwise!
- Balance Bare bar
- Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- grilled chicken wrap from the Olive Branch Caffe (yes, they spell it that way...ugh!)
- small side of coleslaw
- banana
- handful of banana chips, pecans, walnuts
- apple
- homemade pepperoni rolls (Pillsbury Croissants with some cheese and pepperoni rolled in them)
- cabbage based side salad
Still no soda. Came close to hitting an 8oz. Coke today. Real close. Talked myself off the ledge, though.
