My workout was pretty tough today...don't know if that was it, but I've been pretty hungry today. Had to have a pb&j late, even. *sigh*
- Muscle Provider shake
- Balance Bare bar
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- apple
- Turkey sandwich on multi-grain bread, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo from Saxapahaw General Store...very large and very good (huge pile of meat!)
- apple slices
- handful of walnuts
- pot roast
- pepper and zucchini stir fry (just EVOO)
- mashed potatoes and gravy
- handful of grapes
- pb&j sandwich with Smuckers all natural crunchy peanut butter and spreadable fruit (strawberry)
Still no really bad stuff. Yippee.
