Mexican!
Well, Mexican-ish.
Muscle Provider shake
Clif bar
Cytofuse recovery shake
chicken and black bean burrito, chips, salsa, from Carrburritos
chicken nachos from Armadillo Grill, Mountain Dew
peach cobbler (thanks Liz!)
No weight, workout was a six mile mountain bike ride at a pretty fast pace, then three hours of trail work. Lots of sweating today!
