I have an excuse!
My wife came home after being MIA for five days. That's why I forgot, I swear!
Balance Bare bar
Muscle Provider shake
Cytofuse recovery shake
pizza and pepperoni rolls from Anna Maria's with Mountain Dew
Alice Springs Chicken from Outback Steakhouse with cheese fries
banana bread
Weight was 202.1, 17.5% body fat (scale problem, obviously). Workout was an hour with my trainer doing entire body stuff.
