- steak, baked potato (butter and salt), corn on the cob, assorted fruit (watermelon, kiwi, grapes)
- Jane's world famous lemon bars (or lbs as we call them in email, apparently!)
I think I made up for not having lunch. 202.0 pounds, 20.1% body fat (Holy broken body fat meters!), workout was some pond paddling and some mountain biking and a LOT of swimming, including competitions to see who could swim underwater the furthest. It was a tie.
lbs=lemon bars but also = pounds. No coincindence there!
