Dessert!
It's what's for dinner!
two bowls of Fruit Loops in whole milk
ravioli and two bread sticks
tortilla chips and habenero and lime salsa
noodles and vegetable dish with chicken and kielebasa
two powdered donuts with vanilla ice cream on top (my specialty!)
Mountain Dew
No weight, workout was thirty minutes hard on the bike.
