Catching back up.
Edited the previous post to include TWO days. Ugh.
two scrambled eggs, one sausage patty, one piece of wheat toast with jelly
two double cheeseburgers with just ketchup from Burger King
grilled chicken salad with "lite vinaigrette" from Zaxby's
Trader Joe's trail mix
No weight, workout was 35 minutes of running on a treadmill and some ab stuff.
