three tacos and chips and dip from Armadillo Grill (and Mountain Dew)
grilled chicken, baked potato (with butter), and corn on the cob (Ashley did well!)
two small brownies
201.0 pounds and 18.8% body fat. Yikes. Workout was an hour of lower body mostly with the trainer. Well, some abs, too.
