apple
two filet-o-fish sandwiches, small fry, coke from McDonalds
two oatmeal creme pies
peanut butter crackers (the real kind...normal crackers, jar of pb)
leftover chicken stir fry with rice, broccoli, peppers
No weight, no workout.
