Biking
Long day of biking.
banana
blueberry muffin
sausage and egg biscuit from McDonalds
nacho chips and salsa
lots of trail mix
turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo
bbq sandwich, slaw, three mini reeses cups
No weight today, workout was 13 miles of mountain biking in Pisgah with about 1800 feet of ascent.
