Track food. Good food.
Had a mix today.
Balance Bare bar
sausage and egg biscuit at the track
banana
granola bar
two double cheeseburgers with ketchup (more track food!)
bbq pork on fried green tomatos and macaroni au gratin from Poole's in Raleigh. Yum!
big sugar cookie
Forgot to weigh today. Might forget tomorrow, too. No workout. Boo.
