Track Day.
At least I worked out.
three scrambled eggs

Muscle Provider shake
Cytofuse recovery shake
Wendy's double cheeseburger with ketchup, fries, soda
another soda *sigh*
three tacos, chips and dip from Armadillo Grill
small ice cream cone
199.8 pounds, 18.1% body fat. Workout was an hour with my trainer doing a little bit of everything, but mostly legs.
