I don't know how it came to be, but that's what Kevin and Zach say when they're starving.

- grilled chicken and oven fried potatoes (leftovers)
- grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, mayo, and a fruit cup from The Loop
- tiny cheese pizza slice and a couple french fries from the kid's plates at The Loop
- apple
- bowl of grapes
199.2 pounds, 19.1% body fat. And I was starving all day. Odd. But my workout (just after breakfast) was a 45 minute stationary bike and about a three mile run on the trails. So my workout was a bit bigger than recent ones, anyway.
