Shoot, forgot and went fried
Yeah, I did it.

two chicken tenders and chips from Yesterday's grill (yeah, fried)

chicken, broccoli, and peppers stir fry with rice on the side

trail mix
199.2 pounds, 18.0 percent body fat. Workout was a four mile mountain bike ride before the rain hit and shortened it. Ugh.
