So I did better on this flying day than normal, anyway.
- three scrambled eggs
- leftover cube steak from the other night
- Muscle Provider shake (2 servings)
- Cytofuse recovery shake
- Amy's organic burrito (had rice and beans and I don't remember what else)
- Trader Joe's trail mix
- bbq pork, baked beans, potato salad (at Tootsie's in the Nashville airport)
- pack of Lorna Doone shortbread cookies
I was 202.2 and 19.8% body fat today. No weights coming for a few days, though, since I'm away from the scale. I did play basketball for an hour today. Three on three on a 94' full court is brutal.
